Terms of Service.

Welcome to AMK. By accessing our website, interacting with our B2B platform, or visiting our Shenzhen, China showroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all global wholesale partners, distributors, and OEM/ODM clients.

As a B2B manufacturing partner, AMK requires clients to maintain accurate and verifiable business information. When registering for wholesale access or requesting our catalog, you agree to:

• Provide legitimate business registration details and valid contact information.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of our wholesale pricing, proprietary catalogs, and custom OEM/ODM quotes.
• Not share account credentials or exclusive product development catalogs with unauthorized third parties or direct competitors.
• Use our platform and communication channels solely for legitimate business inquiries and procurement purposes.

All orders placed through our platform or directly with our sales team are subject to our standard manufacturing and wholesale policies:

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Standard MOQs apply to all wholesale orders. Custom OEM/ODM requests will be subject to specific MOQs determined during the sampling phase.
• Production Lead Times: Standard production at our Jiangxi, China facility typically requires 30 to 45 days. Lead times may vary during peak seasonal demand.
• Sampling Policy: Sample costs and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise negotiated. Sample fees may be credited toward bulk production orders exceeding our specified thresholds.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to product photography, floral arrangement designs, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of AMK.

For OEM/ODM clients, we respect the intellectual property of your custom designs. Custom molds, specific color formulations (including our specialized latex/PU coatings), and bespoke designs commissioned by a client will remain confidential and will not be displayed in our Shenzhen, China showroom or offered to other buyers without explicit written consent.

AMK takes pride in our 16 years of manufacturing excellence, utilizing advanced materials to create premium real-touch botanicals. However, clients must acknowledge the following:

• Artisanal Variations: Our artificial flowers are hand-assembled and hand-painted. Slight variations in petal texture, color shading, and stem thickness are inherent to the artisanal manufacturing process and do not constitute product defects.
• Shipping & Delays: While we coordinate closely with global freight forwarders, AMK is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from customs delays, extreme weather, or global logistics disruptions.
• As-Is Platform: The website and digital catalogs are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that product descriptions or digital color representations will perfectly match physical items due to monitor calibration differences.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Shenzhen, China or Jiangxi, China for binding resolution.
